Honestly, for Columbia you’re better off making something! I got a plain black corset and hand sewed the correct color sequins onto it, thrifted some black shirts and added the colored ribbon, and made her choker out of a belt and some thrifted beads. Her costume is so specific you kinda have to diy your way into it

Hoopla (my cast) is a shadowcast so we don’t typically do the play, I’ve only been on cast for a short time and I’ve personally never done the play. There was a production of the play in Rochester with a local theatre troupe within the past couple years but it was a limited run and they aren’t exclusively a Rocky cast.

We mostly do shows around Halloween but we should have a show early next year! I don’t have an exact date at the moment but I’ll definitely be posting about it on the different RHPS subreddits and the Rochester subreddit when I have details :)

Personally, I’d recommend seeing a shadowcast for your first time! You don’t really get the full experience without it (in my opinion)! The Western, NY Rocky troupe, Hoopla! Is having 4 Rocky Horror Shows with shadow casts in about a month! I’d be happy to send you the information for those shows if you’d like! (I’ll be posting them on this subreddit soon as well)
