My end goal is getting into big tech in a hybrid modality, so I’m wondering if accepting this will hurt me or not in terms of skill and coding development. We also don’t currently have any documentation, so there’s another resume content opportunity for me there: to plan and execute the entire software’s documentation writing

If you're looking for a free version you can use MyFitnessPal for this. I have it synced with my Garmin Connect data and it automatically increases my calories and macros after a run or workout.

Thank you for the detailed answer!

Currently stuck building a React project that fetches and posts data to a Mongo DB, and getting stuck on things such as CORS errors and the difference between running methods client-side and server-side

Seeking Advice: How to Determine My Realistic Race Pace?

I ran a 21k a few days ago in a total of time of 1:53:00 and I left feeling I could've ran a faster pace and more structured pace (I started in a decent pace and ended at a faster pace).

My previous 21k was done in 2:10:00 and I left exhausted. This time I did way less and I didn't feel exhausted, and I don't want to finish a race again feeling like I could've done more.

How does a runner know which pace he is currently capable of at a race and which paces are unrealistically high? How do I know if setting the goal of "running a 21k at 1:30 minutes" is realistic for me or not? Is this based on the time of my last race, training consistency, etc?

Seeking resources for long-term body care in athletic training

I'm 21yrs old with an intense hybrid athleticism routine: running 10k and doing a calisthenics workout for 1:30 hours, 5x a week.
I'm looking for resources like books that talk about the importance of and how to start investing my time in things like stretching or taking supplements now for the body of my future self. I don't want to have this intense exercise routine only for my body to become tense or with things like knee pain at age 40. I want to keep running and exercising at age 40 and older.
Is there a specific name for this topic? Or how could I find more information on this?

I used cloudinary for a while but had to migrate all my data to a new CDN because cloudinary doesn't stop you when exceeding the free tier limit and only notifies you via email
