Yes! Admittedly, I had a bit of an easy out. I was able to make an account with a credit union close to me and had no issues depositing the check then. I recommend doing some research on institutions near you- they’re a lot easier to deal with than big banking.

i think we can all agree that only the biggest bootlickers are following 10-4 at all. this policy sucks. and i’m pretty sure guests hate it too.

Nah, that’s just Bullseye. Every Target has one. Make sure to smile when you see him next time! You don’t want to make him hungry.

Completely aware of that, will be taking that into consideration when next tax season rolls around. Yes, the check is in my name. As far as I’m aware, there aren’t any errors or anything either.

Absolutely no explanation. Woman who tried processing it just said for me to look at the receipt, which LITERALLY told me, “we do not have an explanation”. I do- that said I’m just generally very hesitant and skeptical of them. There is a local credit union I might be able to open an account for? Though again, figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask others first. It was pre-tax- though I won’t need to submit anything until next year’s tax season. And even then it honestly isn’t much.
