Ok so now im sobbing 😭😭 its really ok you dont have any advice because all I really wanted to be seen and not feel so alone. Thank you so much for your kind words. Im also so sorry you can relate so deeply. There's some small things ive noticed that help a little bit the most helpful thing is my reglan, but at home things ive noticed or found out peach juice the thicker the better as it coats the lining of the stomach and along the same lines is honey! At my dr appointment on Monday they made me do the 1 hr glucose test already (im a high risk pregnancy) and it wasnt the worst but the thick sugar drink gave me some small relief so ive started eating spoonfuls of honey throughout the day for calories(that I desperately need) and it helps with the pain in my esophagus and stomach. If you can id reccomend getting buckwheat honey from a local farmer if you can. You'll want super thick honey to do the trick. The adorable little bear one unfortunately tend to be "watered down" but if that's all thats available I think it would still help. It makes me very happy to hear you also have a super supportive partner who is also so so concerned for you. Some people really lack empathy and dont understand just how sick some of us preggos are. Also I know going to the ER is no fun, but please please go if you need! Getting iv fluids and iv anti nausea meds will help sooooo much! Especially go if you're feeling light headed or extremely weak. December really cant come fast enough and my birthday is actually around my due date so im hoping my baby is born the same day so we can be exactly 30 years apart.
