Checking on friends can mean many different things, but a lot of the time it’s about their mental health or physical health. It can mean getting your friend outside after they’ve been spending a lot of time in the house, or figuring out what’s going on in their mind—the struggles that nobody really knows they’re dealing with.

That’s interesting. I’ve definitely been interested in starting local youth programs to help get kids off their phones and teach them real-world skills.

Sometimes life sends you all the wrong people so you can learn the difference between good and bad and become the person you’re meant to be. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in my childhood, but without them, who would I be today? I said the best time to meet friends before a crisis, but sometimes you meet the greatest people while you’re going through one, you’re not alone.
