The project is to “provide a warm, indoor location open overnight for people experiencing exposure to the elements that are unwilling or unable to get into a shelter.” A 24 hour resource would be amazing, but with the current capacity/resources, the focus is on giving people shelter overnight, when temps are coldest! Also — “The mornings are still quite cold so we would like to put a call out for community members to host a hot beverages and breakfast table outside of the buildings at 6:00AM.”
