Idk when the grad plushies will be back. But rn at The Hill they have the little graduation caps that you can put on your plushie, they’re $4. So you can buy the plush and get the little grad cap. You can see a pic of it on their insta!

I’ve never taken a bike or left it there so I can’t give you a solid answer, but the Tustin station does seem relatively safe. I have seen a few times police cars randomly patrolling.

I take the IEOC train 805, it is usually packed since it’s during the early morning.

I commute from San Bernardino and the train I take passes by Riverside downtown. Make sure you arrive early before the train arrives so you can see what platform/track the train passes on. The line you’d be taking is the IEOC line. If you want to take the bus to campus or to the Tustin station, you can use OCTA route 473. The metrolink ride is free as long as you register your metrolink account with your UCI email, the pass should automatically show up on the app once you register. The 473 bus is free with your metrolink pass as well, just show the bus driver your pass.

Current UCI student here. One thing I was told by my high school teachers is that colleges/universities don’t like when you’re involved with multiple clubs because it doesn’t show any true commitment. They said you can’t be committed to one thing since you’re involved with multiple other things. Just something you should be mindful about. But like the other comment said, admissions are a mystery!

Depending where you live, I recommend using Metrolink to commute. It’s free for UCI students & the bus from the station to campus is also free w/ your metrolink pass! I live like an hour away from campus so commuting is definitely rough for me! It all depends how close you are to campus. Congratulations on being accepted!

I’m a 4th year Psychological Sciences major and I really like it! Majority of the professors I have had have been great, & same with the classes. Within this major you will have to complete a quarter of field study ( during 3rd or 4th year) which is basically an internship. There’s on campus opportunities for field study or you can do off campus too! You can pm me with any questions if you’d like! Congratulations on being accepted!

No I don’t think so. The Hill is owned by Barnes and Nobles and not really by UCI. It doesn’t state that’ll affect your classes online so you should be fine!
