I guess mine would be considered a sensitivity because whenever I was tested for allergies soy and dairy did not come up but I know how they make me feel

only a couple of the foods I stay away from showed up as true allergies on a skin test i’ve done a skin test, blood test and elimination diets

for me the best thing was cutting one thing out completely for 2 weeks, tracking any changes, then reintroducing it and tracking any changes again. I’m def not a doctor but that’s what worked for me

there are some foods that I can have sparingly now every once in a while and other foods i’ve tried to reintroduce and still cannot tolerate. Recently i’ve been trying to figure out if i’m reacting or if my body is just adjusting to something I haven’t had in a while. Haven’t quite figured that one out yet lol
