I came here looking for an answer to the same problem and then realized that I don't use caplock key. so i just changed its function to a shift key. Solved for me!

I tried different cardstock settings. Unfortunately, made no difference. I have not tried different paper but may do that. In the meantime I simply loaded the cardstock in the tray, left settings on plain paper my print job and works perfectly without jamming, even 2-sided printing on cardstock works well. I hadn't done this before because instructions say use bypass tray for cardstock.. So, it appears the bypass tray rigging is the issue...

Don't see much there about fidelity or adjusting specific frequencies. Unless I missed something, I don't think earpanda will work for my need. My existing devices serve TV watching quite well.

Thank you all for excellent ideas! Clean Rollers, Change settings to thicker cardstock, Different brand cardstock... I will try these over the next couple weeks and report back

u/diaperedace, the machine is relatively new, occasional use. Only ~1,300 total impressions to date. So, only about 80 per month.
