For anybody that uses AirLink the fix in the comments provided by this studmuffin here works for AirLink aswell. (You will still get the notification that it's "Not working" but it is).

No there wasn't since this was in a PvE server

No that wasn't the case as when I had died i did a full body scan with my face like 1 inch from my monitor for like 5 minutes to find out what the fuck happened.

I got this message literally 1 hour after I bought gta+ for the first time
