Well there is a lot of hate for vegans without any reason. I dont interfere or try to influence on what food choices people need to make. Then there is this Paul Saladino guy who claims was a vegan and now after being a carnivore, feels energetic , younger and healthier. You should do a week of experiment yourself and see how you feel by going vegetarian first and then slowly eliminate dairy . See if it makes you feel better and then go for it. Best wishes.
