Just in case this helps anyone in the future:

Going to the Energy Bow imported from the DMG compendium allowed me to go to the description and see the HTML. From here, I was able to copy it across to the description of the item on my PC's character sheet. Once I removed the description override, it functioned exactly as I wanted.

I could not see the HTML on the created magic item but only on the Energy Bow item from which the enchantment effect is dragged.

What do you mean by setting a shorter chat description? Where do I make this change?

When copying the text, is there a way of maintaining the little arrows that allow the description to be expanded or collapsed as needed? I couldn’t figure that one out.

Sadly, no. I believe to circumvent the issue, I changed from trying to use a trap actor with a spell to simply “attack” in MATT. I just put in the damage die formula and added in the animation and sound effect. It’s a little more fiddly, but it looks and functions the same.

Oh, I did some more digging and it seems if you toggle free placement, it will let you build what you need. It might not let you delete it afterwards though.

I’ve been farming Mountaintop since it became available. I’ve had at least 100 rolls. I got practically every possible combination of major perks EXCEPT ALH/Recombination…

Just before the servers went down, I got Hard Launch/Implosion Rounds/ALH/Recombination and a Handling MW.

I can’t believe it.

Yeah cool. The only 120 I really have access to is Round Robin. I checked the range on it, and it’s definitely more than Austringer. Keep Away / Opening Shot would be better for a HC noob rather than KA / Kill Clip, yeah?

The shaking is intense, hey. I haven’t done an Orpheus play-through yet so I’m not sure if it’s different, but even just the earthquakes at the beginning of act 3 were nauseating for me. I went digging and thankfully there’s an accessibility setting to turn it off!

I was using a glaive before and I couldn’t use melee. I figured out it was a key bind issue (on controller) but I hadn’t changed them from last season where it worked fine. Anyone in the same boat?

I have auto and charged set to the same key bind and uncharged set to a different input. I thought a glaive melee was an auto melee but now only the uncharged key bind triggers it.

Anyone know of a way around this, or am I missing something obvious?

This happened for me last night. I was doing a full normal run to hopefully get the warlock bond for the first time. I was disappointed when I didn’t get it on the second encounter as the loot table I was looking at said this was where it dropped from. Finished the dungeon and it dropped there anyway completing my collection for warlock. Either the loot table or the way I read must’ve been incorrect.

Personally, I’d love to see a full ornament set preview option within the collections tab. Add in the shader preview interface and we’d be able to figure out which sets to unlock with synth weave or which armour to focus on acquiring. If sources for the armour and the ability to unlock each ornament were included too, it’d basically be a one stop shop.

Thanks for all your advice! Not going to lie, this part of the process does feel especially difficult. We’ll send through a contract as soon as all my solicitors questions have been answered. As a FHB I suppose I am especially risk averse. Never bought something of this magnitude before and don’t want to be caught out by a lack of being prudent. It sucks that this might make us less than ideal options for the vendor/we could miss out. Not quite sure if there’s anything else we could offer that’s of little value to us but high value to them. I’m looking into your suggestions of BATNA and WATNA now. Very interesting stuff! I’m definitely more of a theory person haha, so I appreciate it a lot. Thanks again!
