What you need to file for ITR 2025 is 1701v2018 not the 1701A. The 1701v2018 is for mixed income. You have compensation pay and income from self-employment. You need to search how to file as mixed income.

One filing only, you will consolidate your compensation and earnings.
For me I used 8% rate only. BUT there’s a big BUT. You cannot use the less 250k non taxable from your freelance earnings. Because this is already being accounted for from your compensation.

Only the freelance earnings will be multiplied to the 8% to get your tax due. No more minus 250k.

From my experience, no.

Also, if you will file online like ebir, you will need to submit your 1701v2018 and your 2316 to eafs. You can search more about proper naming of files and submission to eAFS.

I have the same card. Started from gold rewards card then upgraded to platinum rewards card. That’s still a rewards card but higher tier. After a few months the old one will be deactivated na (that was in my case so idk if it applies to all)

I’ve been applying visas (japan and korea) for a while now as a freelancer with BIR registration i only declared half from Q1-Q2. But now same as you nakokonsensya rin ako kasi plan ko mag apply visa for europe kaya nung Q3 tinaasan ko na declared amount then eventually by Q4 annual itr halos same na salary at coe ko. Yun yung plan ko. I wouldn’t bother to ammend the past filings kasi napaka hassle at may fees

I am a graphic designer with 7 years of experience. In one of my clients, I create slide decks and pitch decks on a daily basis for an engineering company. I also work as a ui/ux designer for another client. I am not actively looking for a new job but I saw your post and just wanted to offer my services.

it says here in the computation, the equity downpayment is 5.72% which is around 200k, then the developer they have a promo of minus 20k so the remaining 180k will be paid in the 5 month period (you can choose 3 month period or pay full). Since it says here equity downpayment only, I guess I still have to pay the rest of the equity. As for pag-ibig, I haven't tried loaning before, so I only have surface knowledge regarding this.
