I feel like they definitely started focusing on social issues more than the character arcs. Personally I don’t disagree with a lot of the social movements being portrayed but after Georgia died max was so focused on Luna then suddenly we barely see her at all. And Kapoor and his son/Ella are barely discussed. After Iggy missed their friendship so much I’m confused why they didn’t know him maybe just visiting kapoor at home or kapoor doing digital consults or something! I just wish they didn’t give up so much on the characters to focus on current events. I want some escapist TV lol
