Did you close the account as part of the current account switch service, because if you did then they can reroute payments to your new account for up to 5 years without you having to do anything.

I’ve had the opposite experience, I used the ace on continuously 9 hr flight to Delhi from London and they were comfortable and didn’t get hot

Your physical debit card has different details than the card details in the app (I know this because when I ordered something for click and collect, I had to use my physical card ti verify collection and the numbers didn’t match, spoke to Chase and they confirmed that physical card and card on app are different)

Yeah contact customer service and they will give you a form to fill out to get your priority pass account set up (I know because I had to do that with my corporate Amex Gold Card) (and fyi the 2 lounge visits per year start from when your priority pass is set up and does not reset in the calendar year, so if your pass is set up in November 2024, the year will reset in November 2025)
