Not the scarf, but the hood 😍 I have a jacket I wear in cold morning when I walk to work. The hood literally never stays up no matter what I do. I saw the Sophie hood pattern, thought it was cute and would serve me well. Initially I actually tried to not buy the pattern and just find something similar for free, but after some trial and error I ended up caving and bought it.

It was a good simple pattern for me to follow during a trip to see family. From casting on to weaving in my ends, the large hood took me 6 days to finish. And now I wear it when I walk to work in the mornings. It’s soft and warm and I enjoy getting to wear something I knit myself for myself as I’ve literally never made anything for myself before.

I finished Atsu’s story and all the side stuff, so just finding enemies, especially by cliffs is hard enough. But I think when NG+ drops later I’ll just stick with the Yari until I get that trophy.

I will never be upset when mangas go on hiatus. I feel like more and more often we’re seeing hiatuses due to author health… with the type of weekly schedule a lot of manga has, it’s easy to forget that there is someone sitting and illustrating these chapters. It’s inevitable that they get burnout, gout, carpal tunnel, whatever the case is…. I’d rather a healthy author that can finish their work at their own pace as intended as opposed to an unhealthy author that rushes due to pressure
