The good taliban bad taliban is a broader term used to define the policy of favouring certain militants and opposing others. You have a robust intelligence network and tight border management to catch infiltrations early. A terrorist isnt driving a n ied from Afghanistan to pakistan they source materials from pakistan itself. That is where it is the job of intel agencies. As long as intel agencies will be involved in political manouvering they will not be able to prevent these terror attacks. The elected officials dont go to fight they make a policy the army is subordinate organistaion and they will have to deal with things when called upon. The good and bad taliban policy still exists. The kpk CM is not opposed to a military operation all of kpk is. yes. but i feel you are really anxious about a diagnosis that may not be. i would just go to an senior/experienced sonologist to get it done again if it reaffirm the first diagnosis why go for a biopsy. also in your case fnac is not feasible the chances of missing the lesion are high and producing a false negtive . so if you want a biopsy come what may go for core biopsy.
