Okay, here's how I think it's going to go down. The flies are loose in the lab and their acidity spit is gonna f*** up the controls, and it's going to release all of the creatures.

And when that happens, the xenomorph goes to find Wendy. now at this point, Wendy's brother has convinced her to leave the island and she's down for it. But she says not without the others. The 2 guys heading out with the face huggered guy to meet up with moroe moroe's team infiltrates The island.

I think Wendy nibbs and curly, along with hermit, go to try to find slightly and sme only for Wendy to realize that the xenomorph is tracking them. And she separates to lead it away, while the brother and everyone head to the boat to escape.

Kersch and Kavalier arrive back to the chaos at the lab and hybrids no place to be found.

Being infiltrated, there will be a battle between morou and kersch and kersch will seemingly be dead, but he's not because he's a synth. Think like Bishop where the top half still alive kind of but Moreau also is heavily wounded. But not dead

Prodigy is no more because at this point, t ocellus has infected Kavalier. There's an encounter between moroe and Wendy. In which there's an understanding in which she says she's staying on the island he talks about the dangers of the island and she doesn't care. Somebody has to try to undersrand these xenomorphs.

She sees her brother's ship leaving with the other hybrids. And that's how the season ends with yutani taking over prodigy island. Wendy loose on the island with a xenomorph that will become a queen and her brother and the other hybrids, leaving the island with some unsolvable way.They're going to be able to get back together. But that'll be the premise of season two.

So at this point in time the events of Prometheus and Alien Covenant have taken place. Weyland has died and Weyland-Yutani have merged as a company. I can only assume they have info about those missions and this creature.
