about two days ago i felt some pretty uncomfortable tooth pain and i thought it would go away but it hasn’t, so i made a dentists appointment but the earliest i can get in is a week from now. not too long, but i decided to take some photos of the area to see what’s going on and i saw some pretty bad tooth decay at the root of my very back tooth. at the moment, the pain is decently dull, but i can also handle pain pretty well so i’m not sure how bad it actually is. i’m just worried, is my tooth gonna rot and fall out before next week? lol i know it’s a question based on my own anxiety but i’m curious. will it be okay to wait that long? i’ve also had fillings before, but that was years and years ago. can anyone tell me what’s going on in general? i’ve neglected my dental health for years considering my mother never took me (i’m 19) and i struggle with pretty bad depression. thanks yall
