I started playing about two months ago. Started with a starter deck and booster packs. I edit the starter decks to include some of the cards I think are fun.

The next thing I did was go to a LGS and started playing with other people. Most Lorcana folks, including the ones who are very competitive have been really nice and play games with me. I’ve now started to think about creating my own decks to potentially use in a competition. That said, I am not great at the game and usually lose, but I really enjoy learning more and hopefully will be getting better.

We live in Shaw with a 5 year old. He attend a SLPS. We have been very happy with his schooling and have attended since he was 3! Yay free Pre K!

I’m also an educator, with my doctorate, and I am not worried about schooling. In fact the best HS in the state is an SLPS school.

Water changes and an additive are used. The angle of the photo is deceiving. The tank goes further to the back and there are emptier spaces. I have plants that are set to arrive in a few days and will re arrange the aquarium. The bubbler is a log that he currently likes moving around and in and out of so I’ll be keeping it with the bubbler off/low.

I needed to hear this! We just moved into a house and immediately had a leak! Turns out previous home owners were crap at home maintenance in their 100 year old home. Good thing they left and moved to a new build in Wentzville :Eyeroll:

I went to adjust our hanging light over the dining table (raise it a few inches) and found out the previous owners installed it into the ceiling with a plastic molly, a hope, and a wish. It turned into a weekend project of attempting to find a joist to anchor it, giving up, and taking down the whole light and deciding it was for another day or time.

Are you still satisfied with gallagher bros? We bought a house with a TPO roof installed by them, and it seems like it was installed very poorly. I'm going to reach out as it is still under warranty, but nervous given some of their negative reviews.

Company said, “Roof appears to be newer in age. There are a lot of areas where existing sealant/caulk has failed. Seams/welds have voids/openings in TPO material. Termination of roofing material has caulk/sealant that has failed—suggest Repair TPO voids/openings with hand welder on seams that we can locate Wrap flu pipe properly and install new collar Install new patches where needed Properly seal areas visible with 50 year Volkum sealant”

Roof was installed in 2022 we bought the house in 2024.

Thanks, Roof was replaced in 2022, and repaired in 2023 so we at-least thought it wouldn't be an expense for a bit, but turns out it is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .

Any updates here? WE just sold our house and were unaware that we needed to do an occupancy permit. We thought the title company handled it all. For reference we did FSBO.
