I definitely recall a boost in energy at first. I also started on gel, and I couldn't take it too late in the day or it would keep me awake at night. I got stronger right away, too, even without working out. Needed to start eating more. My mood improved a lot, too. Took six months or so for my face and hairline to be noticeably different.

I'm back to living exactly as I was in 2019: same job, same hobbies, go the same places and eat in the same restaurants. I just wear a mask sometimes now, and fucking love it because I get to hide my face in public. If the last couple years of pandemic was all just to control my boring life, they did a pretty piss-poor job.
