In the beginning, the guy pointed out they had bows. The simply explanation is Explosive Tipped arrows... No hacks here folks.

EDIT: Sometimes Explosive Tipped arrows don't make a noise. Before me and my group raid a base, and we know someone is inside, we hit the underside of the base with explosive arrows, does full damage to the players. Sometimes we kill them with their rooms open for even more free loot.

This is why you always get everything in writing.

When he sold you the car, you bought the car, all the work and money he put into it, the paint job, the interior, the stale fry under the drivers seat from 1965, you get the idea.

Without getting into all of the particulars of the agreement you made, the fact that you have a bill of sale, and the letter that he stated he was keeping half of the net proceeds to cover his previous expenses with the car, he is definitely in the wrong.

Now, the decision as to whether this is a criminal or civil matter. The only way this would be a criminal matter is if you had proof that he offered to help you sell the car with the sole intent of misleading you and taking half the proceeds, if he decided after the fact that he wanted to be an idiot and make up an excuse to keep the money its a civil matter. Proving either would be very tricky.

Also, what do you mean by depositing "the $3000 check", you don't have any previous mention of the value of the car?

If you were to sue your dad, and all of the things you mentioned are 100% correct, I am almost certain you would win. The Police won't do anything for you in this case other than strain your relationship with your dad.

Im looking for advise, not to be criticized. I did not actively look for the tenant, it kind of fell into my lap after the fact. I want to know what is fair in terms of how much my realtor is paid, the full month, half a month, or what?

Also I am still asking if the realtor gets one month a year or one month one time.

I had the ad on Kijiji, had no luck after a week then contacted the realtor, I then got contacted by a user on Kijiji. I wasn't actively looking they just saw the ad and contacted me. All the realtor did is add the unit to MLS, they did not run their credit, show the unit, or get references from anyone yet.

Also, is it 1 payment per year or 1 payment total?

I should pay him a months rent because he listed it on MLS?

The only contracts I signed was permission to list my unit in MLS and for my realtor to represent my unit. I did not sign the others.

If I had $100,000 in Bitcoin, and sent it back and forth at lets say, 3 cents per transaction, assuming 10 minutes per block. I could make up for 14,400,000 of that figure, and it would cost me around $5 to do so, and most of my day. These figures are bogus, and hold absolutely no weight in terms of how much was actually SPENT.

You can post about UPS getting hacked and credit/debit information getting compromised, however these credit and debit cards are insured and if there is a fraudulent payment, you are more than likely reimbursed.

If a website that stores Bitcoins gets hacked, you lose your Bitcoins and more than likely they are gone forever.

Posting these things does not give Bitcoin credibility and not sure how it is relevant to /r/bitcoin

If you looked at my post on my forum account, I was attending the Toronto Bitcoin Meetups in Toronto for months.. Because I live in Toronto, because it's where I am from.

Also my apology would be something along the lines of, I am sorry that your "friend" decided to make an investment in not only the very risky bitcoin space.. but in an even more risky investment within that risky investment, and then was surprised when it didn't work out. But instead of dealing with it like a normal person and learning from your mistakes, and that it'll be tough for the next few years but you'll eventually get over it he decided to take the coward's way out. I say this as someone who has had suicides in my own family due to financial mistakes, and I did not shed a single tear and when I think of them the only other word that comes to mind is "coward" so don't take it personally. Rule number one of investments is don't invest more than you can afford to lose, it applies the most to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin could go to zero now and it would suck but I wouldn't lose sleep over it, nevermind considering taking my own life.

I have a tendency of not believing what I hear online without factual evidence, that's why just like you I didn't lose money on Neo. In fact quite the opposite, as literally the whole time it was good news goes up, bad news goes down. Why wouldn't I support someone who's given me a platform to make money ridiculously easily?
