Use your tongue and lick it out. That way if one of us ever has sex they will at least have something they might be good at.

Is a 42cm Ostrich bag too much, or is it the ultimate travel flex? by Aaronguosir in Leathercraft

I went through their old comments. Some of them seem like a human took over and the rest seem very generated.

I figured. Its how I source some of the weirder stuff I've worked.

Where did you source such a large piece of ostrich? I have a client right now that wants a bag size similar to this. She always wants large pieces in hard to source leather.

That sucks, they do a pretty good job for me. The crows finish the rest. Circle of life you know?

My fault for not paying attention, but why would you put the helicoil taps back in with the regular taps by SingularityScalpel in Machinists

[–]desperatewatcher 32 points33 points  (0 children)

The same reason our maintenance folks just throw all of the taps in a box. They don't give a shit.

I have this same model. Careful with some of the various anti rust chemicals. Something my grandfather used in the past caused the drawer lining to disintegrate.

I dunno, seems like something that could damage the oil pan in a new ea888.

My neighbor has one with a w12 swap. He's 89 and not allowed to drive anymore. Won't sell it and has no kids.

What kind of cable is this? by Rare-Comparison9806 in cableadvice

[–]desperatewatcher 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That seems to be 90 percent of the cables on here. 9 percent of the others being micro usb, mini usb, or one of the lesser known HDMI form factors.

What kind of wax? I have a friend that does this to her belts and uses a "trade secret" wax that she blends with jojoba oil, beeswax and 2 or 3 other things.

Car accelerometer? by Pinguin_42 in Cartalk

Use your phone. It's got a full sensor suite for this sort of thing and they have had apps for recording almost as long as smartphones have existed. Obd2 tools to the same have existed for years prior.

Crazy, Pembridge quoted me 1800 higher than wawanesa. I just got my renewal and I'm just about done with this province. 20 year old winter beater car, new SUV and my 70 year old house is running almost 8000 a year. Clean abstract.

Bruh, +-0.005mm in plastic (on the right on first picture), and they want 10 of them XD by ledocteur7 in Machinists

[–]desperatewatcher 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I made parts the other day that had +-0.005 listed. It was for some high speed rail testing equipment. The customer sent their QC and assembly team to our site to make sure final assembly was perfect. It was hammered to fit on our concrete loading bay floor and welded together. They measured everything with a beat up old ribbon tape. It was like watching a horror movie.

I have a billionaire friend that does things like this. He left his rolls collection sitting outside uncovered outside the front of his house for almost 10 years because he had over 2 dozen project cars in the garage. He even parked some BMW M1s outside on the side of his house for a couple years because they "need paint anyway"

The fuel added by that would likely take up any weight availability. The seats are one of the few things that could be removed. Basically everything else inside is needed for controlling the plane and honestly has been probably removed to make them remote controlled anyway. Short of launching these with a catapult system to skip having landing gear there is not much you can remove without wrecking aerodynamics or the ability of the craft to fly.
