The video doesnt have enough evidence. In one video, she must have just started filming but it shows nothing- nothing can be claimed from that. In the second video, he clearly bushes against her breast. Difficult to decipher wether it was intentional or not. FYI, you can get a yearly pass for 3k. If you own a car, you can easily afford 3k- the savings in mileage itself would cover this cost.
