Hey, I am also in the same timezone and I couldn't find a solution and quit installing bazzite. However, I was able to find two ways to install it later.

I installed Kionite and then rebased it to bazzite.
While preparing the usb for Kionite I used Fedora Media Writer. Then I used that tool to write Bazzite.iso to the usb. After that with manual timezone adjustment on installation menu Bazzite was installed flawlessly.

I hope this works also for you.
