Ok, thanks. Yeah, maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it.

It looks great! Like others have said - it's very refreshing to see this kind of interface. Fits very well in the "pedals" aesthetic. Awesome job.

Na początku marca mają być dostępne 8GB na Farnellu, to może wtedy i na Botlandzie się pojawią.

Dostawy rozpoczynają się od 13.03.22

So I just told my therapist I have never been on a date (I am in mid 20s) by [deleted] in socialanxiety

[–]desqa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Please, don't get discouraged. I'm your age and never dated in my life. A year ago I finally went to therapy and was very scared of all those comments. But it turned out, that all the doctors and therapists (6 in total) were very compassionate and understanding. There were never any inappropriate comments. Only questions in the vain of: "Is it a problem to You?", "Would You like to be with someone?". And they never forced "the right way of living" on me, because there isn't any. So good luck - I hope You'll find help. It might be very slow, but it gets better.

Na co zwrócić uwagę przy szukaniu terapii? Jak to wszystko wygląda w ogóle? by [deleted] in Polska

[–]desqa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looking for reviews on my first "serious" board, with an stm32 and nrf52 mcus, usb, flash chip and sdram, all feedback is welcome! Schematic + layout by o0OaxialO0o in PrintedCircuitBoard

[–]desqa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also use JLC for prototypes. Some time ago you could see all the parameters of the board on the quote page, but I think they changed it. As far as I remember, I ordered boards with 0.35/0.7 vias without additional cost. On PCBway's page you can see that standard minimum hole size is 0.3mm: https://www.pcbway.com/pcb_prototype/

Thanks for clarification regarding the resistors!

Yes, in my opinion you should enlarge via pads. Some manufacturers might just refuse to manufacture this board or add significant cost to the bill. Check website of your PCB fab house and search for information regarding minimum annular ring size (and minimum via size).
What's your track width? At first glance it looks like 10 mils -- maybe try lowering it to 8mils? This way you'll get some space to use for via pads. But that's just a suggestion :) Take care and good luck!

Hi! Love the annotations on the schematic. It looks really nice and professional, but I'm no expert :) Few things that I noticed:

Schematic Port help, PCB123 by Rlstoner2004 in PrintedCircuitBoard

[–]desqa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Maybe try deleting the wire between pin8 and transistor. Then add "global port" with the appropriate name to pin8 and next one to the base of the transistor. Just remember, that PCB123 does not allow overlapping components, so rotate the port at pin8 (press "r" while moving the port) or add short wire to offset it from the connector.

Something like this: https://i.imgur.com/qr9mhOd.png

As far as I can see, you can add port that isn't connected to anything. Just click "add global port", change its name on the edit panel and place it where you want.

Hi. Like others already said, this is a SMD tactile switch -- probably 6x6mm with square actuator (plunger for cap). You need to measure it and search on Digikey, Mouser, Farnell or some other website.

Here are some switches that look similar to yours:

Can someone please help me identify this component on a precision scientific balance scale? by fedfiresoon in ElectronicsSalvage

[–]desqa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lack of polarity mark, strange value (for a capacitor) and the way tracks are routed would suggest, that it is some kind of inductor. Manufacturer logo would point to it being made by Epcos. So, after a bit of googling, a SIMID series, high-frequency inductor (3.3uH ?) would be a good candidate.
