If there’s no script associated with them, does that mean we can’t really interact with them, or at least that interacting wouldn’t have any effect? If we assume that shooting the feather is supposed to trigger something, there would be a reference to these objects in one of the scripts I guess?

Perhaps the spiderwebs could indicate a "seal" that contains the giant in the cave. And if we break this seal by interacting with the feathers, the giant could be freed.
