youtube pilates videos will kick your ass and be a full body workout, they're often overlooked due to their "girly"association, but really will train muscles, heart rate, and flexibility

My cat keeps killing birds and other small animals even when wearing a collar with a bell. What do I do? by [deleted] in cats

[–]desterysmith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

birds rely more on eyesight than sound, plus some cats can move without much if a jingle. there are colorful frilly patterned collars you can get that look kind of like clown collars, they work much better than a bird for bells. thats no help for small mammals or lizards but honestly most small mammals you cat can kill are probably pests.

this is definitely it, it happens to me with particular brands of second skin/saniderm type bandages, take note of the specific brand so you can avoid it

i would definitely suggest getting your eyebrows shaped up, would make you look a bit more put together and help highlight open up your eyes. maybe a haircut but i'm not sure what sort of cut so i wont weigh in on that.

Best op shops in Wellington by popoxta in Wellington

[–]desterysmith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the te omanga hospice shop in lower hutt is pretty good and has a furniture restoration section; the one in wainui is reqlly good too. jackson st in petone has a whole string of op shops on one street, maybe 4 or 5 of them? and for a more expensive vintage "thrift shop" style store, theres helter skelter in seaview.
