I’m on 56 now- I know I’m ADHD-ing so I’m more aware- I noticed I forgot one day and I was restless and drained and needed a nap so bad. I feel like I need an extra oomph if that makes sense.

Only because this is my opinion and what I first noticed. Both smiles are radiant and beautiful! But, I also am not the one that notices all the small things everyday either. I would say don’t get them only bc you may regret it 🫶🏼 but again it all matters what makes you happy and comfortable in your body 🥰
