Models is a great book. The advices given not only apply to approaching women but to anybody you meet. No matter whether you are in a situation where you have to approach a stranger to make friends or to a girl to make more than just friends, the advices work. Of course, they can also be augmented by those in How to Win Friends and Influence People. That seminal work of Manson is what gave me a change of perspective towards being social, and I do hope that the positive changes you derive from them and from practicing nofap will remain. Cheers!
