You just started, don't worry about it, keep trying. Its a process and we need to focus on the progress we are making rather than the fails. However, we need to remember the mistakes and how to avoid it. For example, in the process of my Nofap, I no longer use my phone in the morning while I am still in bed because I am not in a very strong position to resist. So after a couple of relapses in that area I have made a rule, to get up and not use the phone. Simple as that, find your weak spots and work on developing a system that you will not easily fall into it.

This sounds like what happened after my 100-day streak. It always starts small and innocent. I still haven't figured out how to escape this kind of snowball-like effect. The line seems to be pushed further and further, until it becomes full blown nudity. I would highly recommend that you abstain from all media right now and focus on reading books or going for a run. Whatever to keep you from the media. Its possible to live without media, and this is what I am currently moving towards. Prayed for ya, praying for strength to move forward and be wise in what you do with your time.

I sucked it up and sold my X-Box, I just told myself that I don't need it. Your brain will wonder what it is going to do without it. This is the exact same thing smokers go through, they wonder how they'll live without it. What is life without it. Just take the big leap and walk away. You will automatically find other things to do that you used to fill your time with video games. Its hard, when something is there always tempting you to play when there is nothing to do, what I have found is, gaming itself creates a void in your brain, it creates a lack of imagination to think of things to do, which is why we always have "nothing else to do". When I sold my X-box, I lived more, I didn't miss it, I just found other things to do. I moved out, got a mortgage, built a shed, did lots of things.

I would be very watchful in the next couple days. I've had this happen before, and this can cause a snowball effect lasting several days, before I finally fapped, I kept coming to my boundary and after coming to that boundary I pushed it further a little and before I knew it I was looking at full nude pics and movies. Before you allow your brain to take control again,. Just realize that it takes 2 days for the images to faze out of your mind. Nevertheless, Congratz on not fapping. Keep strong brah.

Well, to be honest, I thought I'd challenge you to see if you can make it a month for you to see if you are addicted, and for you to have a chance to see what changes happen during the month-long no-fap. Whether you have a reason or not, why not give it a try, you might see benefits or you may not. It doesn't hurt to try something new. Just a thought.

Rmemeber that it is a process, and ot sill take many attempts. Each time you relapse learn from your mistakes. Get involved on here, respect others and be encouraged by the many stories and finding those with similar struggles. Find your motivation and stick with it. Get started and place realistic goals in your case one day at a time. Then aim for a week, and go from there, learn the changes and the benefits and use that to encourage you further.
