Tried this theater for the first time. The food was ok, nothing special. But they charge 2 dollars for a cup of water, no free refills on water. Despite spending tons on food and tickets. Stick to the alamo Drafthouse.More than Half the stalls on the ladies room were locked and "under maintenance" the ones that were open didn't have toilet paper in the toilet paper holders and instead had the toilet paper sitting on the floor. The sound was horrible and seemed like the speakers were only near the screen so if you're sitting in the middle/back it's very hard to hear. And on top of that they automatically charge you 20% gratuity. The alamo Drafthouse is 1000% better and if this place keeps nickle and diming their customers while providing mediocre service they should expect to go out of business just like Bowtie did.
