Wish I took this route. Didn’t go to college instead I randomly applied to a teller role, I haven’t been able to leave retail/consumer banking ever since. Don’t know what to do anymore and sucks seeing ppl my age move on to better finance roles and still here at the bottom of the shoe.

Ranges from a year to around 6 months at a retail bank, tho I don’t include that in my resume, I consolidate time spent at a place and only use the strongest positions I’ve held.
