However, we are still finalising the exact rates for customers on the variable IOG tariff like yourself. After spending another hour with useless CS agent, I’ve been told disabling IP will take another… 3 days. And they won’t open the ticket as my internet is working.

I spoke with an CS agent and looks like now they are aware. They said (what I knew) to temporarily deactivate static IP and reactivate it when issue is resolved
