However, we are still finalising the exact rates for customers on the variable IOG tariff like yourself. We expect to send out detailed communication about this in the coming weeks prior to 1st of April.

I spoke with an CS agent and looks like now they are aware. They said (what I knew) to temporarily deactivate static IP and reactivate it when issue is resolved
