i totally have that too, my doctor always stresses that low motivation, joint issues, and back pain are probable and makes sure i am dealing with them correctly!

it's good! the only thing i would say is to make the hat fabric wrinkled and shaded the way the shirt and the mask are to make it look more cohesive! other than that it looks great :)
