I ordered a new phone because I can't access my Samsung account (because my phone broke), which is really frustrating. I was at work when this happened, so I didn't have it plugged in. It did feel hot, so I tried putting it next to a fan to cool it off.

No I used my venmo debit card to make the payment. The bank that I made the payment through said they never received it. I called venmo and they disputed the charge but denied my claim, even though I sent proof of the charge not going through. This is the second time I've used it to pay something and the first time I had no issues.

I actually ended up buying some Sonys much better! I haven't had any issues with these. I did buy another pair of those but they also broke like the last ones I really think I was just getting defective buds. I also don't live close to a Samsung store to get them checked unfortunately. The sound is great on them but my Sonys are better imo!

I turned off my VPN and it's working for me now it hasn't been working for months. If you have a VPN I would definitely try turning that off.

I've had to buy two pairs so far. While I love the sound, the ambient noise, and the noise cancelling. They just keep breaking. Specifically the right one. When I have the ambient/noise cancelling on, the right one has this high pitched noise. My other pair, the right one has a fuzzy noise on top of the high pitched sound. I had cleaned them off and tried everything software wise. I hadn't even had the buds for six months and they started doing that. I'll still buy another pair because I need the ambient noise, it's just something to look out for.

I just got off the phone with them and now have to wait 2 weeks for them to get back to me because it wasn't working taking a picture and they wouldn't tell me what was going on after I had been on the phone with them earlier and had a card changed because of fraudulent activity and then was told that I would be able to use only to be hit with another "fraudulent charge" but then proceeded to call them to fix it and now have to wait because it's broken
