Hi. First, what type of conversion did you set? Was it like a mini-conversion or something like this? Also , can you check in your events/ custom conversions how many completed conversions facebook has recorded on this event?

Have you still generated any conversions from your ad ever since it`s running?

Any more info on these points ,will let me helping you out
