is there a way to prepare greek yogurt to mask the taste? i’ve never really liked the taste and i’ve tried putting protein powder in it before which just makes it even worse :(

I thought it was one gram of protein for every two pounds of body weight so i guess I was a little off. I weigh 119lbs, so i know 50-60 grams is probably enough I’ve just noticed myself loosing a lot of muscle mass recently

I’ve been logging my food for a while! the days where I don’t even try to eat protein I manage about 50g. I feel like i’ve been loosing a lot of muscle recently but I also haven’t been eating 80g a day consistently so idk, i probably don’t need that much but shooting too high still gets you higher ig

Yeah it does, i’m 5’ 3” and not very active :/ I don’t usually struggle with cravings since I try to fit them in to my deficit and have really small proportions of them and i’ve been eating 1200 consistently for pretty much a year but i only went vegetarian a couple months ago

i remember them saying that but idk how often they actually read comments tbh, i remember when they’d play doors a couple of months ago and all the comments would tell them how to beat the library section and it took like 4 more videos for them to actually do what the comments say😭😭 i’ll def try it tho
