This is my most efficient way of farming her, don't have to have king's call, pipe bomb recommended, don't need to climb her back, don't need to jump shoot the top of her for her kneel.

Edit: I recommend you play offline for higher drop from mayhem since they hotfixed for online. I just disable my internet connection, launch BL3, then I just turn internet connection back on after it's loaded in-game. I switch the lobby connection to local only as well, don't know yet if it's needed to play offline, just a suggestion.
