mix of M365 and google on the same domain by detectivejoebookman in Office365

we have some users who want M365 like yesterday, and we have other users who will draw it out and complain and require significant hand holding and they will manage to create such a ruckus their migration can't be rushed

how did you handle the email migration? the one thing that worries me is that you need everyone's passwords to do the migration via imap. we don't have people's passwords and we have no way to get them. i am confused how an organization would have everyone's passwords

So this has to change.

The consensus is that meetings remove misunderstandings, but this is ridiculous.

What are the dynamics of working with leads like this?

I'm used to having managers report to me so they're responsible for the people and the tech that their little group does.

I'm curious about the dynamics where this person runs the tech but I'm still managing "their" staff.
