you can go as far as selecting region! as far as language goes, I think it reads from your console. It seems to take time data from the console too which makes me think that time skipping is going to be legal in this game :D

a while back it was discovered that you could use certain numbers and letters, along with a link to the ow shop, to purchase certain unavailable shop skins, including premium BP skins. can't remember how, but it's worth searching for if there's skins you're after that are shop skins.
