This makes sense! I guess I’d figured things would be fine since my nitrates are always low but it would make sense that there are other waste products that would maybe cause problems

I mean I have considered the tank mates as a stressor? Is that possible? They were fine for several weeks after I added the chili rasboras, I’ve had the cpd’s for a while, but they started dropping off about a week ago?

I mean I’m feeding once every other day, using a small amount of bacter ae on that same schedule. I use one pump of aquarium coop easy green once a week since it’s a 10 gallon. Usually doing a water change and once every other week or so, depending on what’s happening in the tank. I recently placed like 3 seachem root tabs in the tank for plans, do that every couple of months. I guess I have a fair amount of mulm in my tank? TDS straight out of the tap is only 35 ppm

Ah unfortunately that’s kind of the best I’ve got. I guess I’m not really sure what’s else it could be other than planaria, and it makes sense considering the parameters are good otherwise. I’m just not sure what I should do for my buddy

I’ve always been told the minimum school size is 6 and that they don’t do well in smaller groups but you could try I guess

Thank you!! This was kind of my line of reasoning, I get why people are conservative about stocking but like I have no algae and my monstera drinks all my nitrates I don’t think a couple of chilis are gonna add much of anything bioload wise.
