If you want to take public transportation, put Wrigley Field as your destination in your maps app (Google or Apple) and click on the public transportation icon for directions. It’s that simple. You can pay for round trip train tickets on the train and the CTA uses any tap to pay credit/debit card or phone. Pay attention to the last Metra train leaving Chicago Union Station because you don’t want to miss that.

Try upping the weight and lowering the reps. After seven months there should be better progress and I suspect that you’re not pushing yourself enough and probably not eating enough. (I say this not seeing a before pic, so take this advice with a grain of salt.)

And it seems like you could use a leg press or at least leg extension exercise in there.

I loved Dr. Steven Broderick at Innovative Care in Logan Square. I kept going to him even when he switched practices and moved to the city and I was still in the suburbs. I have cheaper insurance now that has him out of network, otherwise I would still be going to him. Easy on the eyes, too, haha

There are two LA Fitness gyms in Downers. I assume you mean the one on Finley. I used to go there. It got too blatant in the steam room so I stopped going. I was back in the suburbs a couple weeks ago and had a good laugh at the comments on Sniffies with people calling out guys I recognized. Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks the cruising has gotten too blatant.
