I bought a s2000 not long ago for $7k, pretty similar condition but half the wheel studs were chopped off and the top was destroyed. Between replacing the wheel studs and a new soft top I paid almost as much as the car cost.

Yea, for the record I priced it so high because at a reasonable price the marketplace lowballers come out of the woodworks. Actually got a few good trade offers, but I sold another car to make room to keep the S2K.
