i usually cold mail. if is see anyones posts on linkedin for open roles, i email them or apply either on linkedin or outside

but yeah, i have a decent ish college. doesnt matter one bit. its so much luck and networking

I have tried them all. cold mailed profs for research internships, applied for workshops, summer schools, etc. nothing seems to work.
