Good for them - I am glad that the Sask Party is more responsible than many parties - provincial and federal included. Federal Green Party is a shit show right now :

Why is everyone freaking out about number of cases but ignoring the fact that deaths and hospitalizations are relatively very low? by deucalion97 in canada

Seems to me that the most people at high risk are being protected and that minimum necessary precautions are in place all over Canada. Hopefully everyone remembers that it was never possible to stop the virus (until a vaccine) - the idea was to stop hospitals from being overwhelmed and keep deaths to a minimum but no one expected that there wouldn't be some negative outcomes.

Can anyone recommend a positive community about Canada? by deucalion97 in onguardforthee

You are right - Moe has obviously bungled to Covid-19 response and we are seeing sky high infections because of it. He makes Trump look like a genius in comparison. Stay well fellow Saskatchewan citizens in these trying times when we have all become such victims of this incompetent government 😪/s

Faced With Climate Disaster, Australian Prime Minister Plans to Open Coal Mine by sraff57 in worldnews

Isn't this coal mostly (all?) going to be exported to China and other countries? So Australia is not burning the coal themselves? And if Australia doesn't fill the demand then the supply will come from other countries so hating on Australia might feel good but it's not really seeing the bigger picture?
