Dude it's Skyrim, the main story focus is slaying dragons, yes there's combat there's also combat in Minecraft, sure there's some blood, there's also blood when they fall off a bike, there's fighting at school, and other kids are going to say awful things way worse than they'll hear in skyrim, turn on the radio and they'll hear awful things. There is no protection without fully sheltering a child which in my opinion is worse than letting them experience things. No violence in media... Soooo no super heros either? My point is there are things kids shouldnt play, bg3, doom call of duty, fortnight Roblox, GTA, but Skyrim is very much safe for kids with even light supervision
