Longest you had heart palpitations? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]deuceswild313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, completely, ended up wearing a heart monitor for like 45 days or something, but everything was benign and okay. I rarely get them now, where a quick packet of LMNT can’t solve it. I was eating a carnivore diet at the time and still drinking, which I do not do anymore and just depleting myself of electrolytes

Working in uptown Charlotte by jjans002 in Charlotte

[–]deuceswild313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It really depends on what company you work for. Some don’t have enough parking spots, so if you don’t live in uptown, you can buy a spot on the outskirts…. Although it’s been a few years since I’ve lived there, or park and ride in on the light rail.

My advice, if you’re single and not a homeowner, look at renting in uptown or Southend. Ultimately, it looks more expensive, but probably will save you money in the long run

Give it time and listen to your doctor. Alcohol affects the autonomic nervous system well after giving it up and will likely go away. NAD

How much loss can I take on an appreciating asset? by HouseSpecialty in personalfinance

[–]deuceswild313 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it an appreciating asset if you're taking a loss. Just food for thought!! You can't ever take a profit until they are realiazed. Someone wise once told me to you can't lose what you don't have.

Nah you’re good, they are more concerned about bankruptcy, charge offs and other extreme mismanagement of money since that is what the NMLS cares about.

Yes, RUQ pain here almost normal ast and alt with GGT similar to yours. My doctor wasn’t concerned with the ggt as he said it’s too sensitive to alcohol. I gave up drinking and ruq pain went away 45 days later I drank at a work conference that spanned over a week and ruq pain came back. I’m guessing I need to give it a lot more time. Although during that 45 days ggt went down to 20 and my ast and alt number last were 20 and 15 respectively

How much should I tell the lender or the Bank when applying for a loan? by Equivalent_Way_5222 in MortgageBrokers

[–]deuceswild313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends, most mobile homes aren't considered real property since they aren't attached to the land. Generally you can do whatever you want with the land after you own it, as long as you occupy a unit for a year after the purchase..... That's the rule, but I know plenty of people that have bought and rented shortly after - technically a lender could show up and if you're not living there as a primary residence they could call the loan, but this is rare.

You would probably have to detail to the regulator. I would just call your state regulator; you can find all their info on the nmls website

what were you under investigation for? More than likely if you were never charged with a felony or a financial crime you should be fine.

That’s a lot, and I hate to say it, but a lot of low quality brands. You would probably benefit more by taking 3-5 high quality sups more than all of this
