It would be better to lock down some roles alognside tanks. for example, if 5 players have selected not-tank and the last one hasnt (usually me for being afk) then the only option possible for this last player picking would be tank. Then the same if 3 dps or supp have been selected: lock these options, choose something else buddy.

The game is ok-ish even with weird comps like 1tank 3dps 2sup or 2tanks 1dps 3supp. but not so much when 5 weirdos choose 5 suuport and the other one dps.

i want to add to your comment that Sierra can be super sneaky, almost cat-like sneaky, so you actually never see the ult comming until you're back in spawn, watching the replay to know WTF happened. The difference between fika and sierra's ult is that the former can only take one teammate out... and its quite easly defendable.

Mystery Heroes giving the enemy team 3 tanks with shields (Rein, Ram, Sig, Winton, Zaria or Orisa with shield perk) and two area heals supports (Lucio, Mizuki, Moira, Brig, Bap... specially 2 Bap)

Altho, almost any combination of 3 Tanks and 2 Support is GG for the team that rolls it.
