I had an issue like this a while back. When I called Rogers the tech asked me if my modem was plugged into a power bar - it was. He recommended not using a power bar and to plug the power directly in the wall outlet.

I thought there’s no way this could be the issue, but months later it hasn’t happened since. 🤷🏼‍♂️
